건축설계, 인테리어, 리모델링 등 건축과 관련한 부동산 개발 전반에 걸친 기획, 설계, 엔지니어링 등의 서비스를 제공하는 디자인 집단이다. 주로 도시 안 일상에서 흔히 접할 수 있는 작은 스케일의 건축에 관심을 갖고 있으며 이는 도시의 근간이 되고 표정을 만들어가며 문화를 형성할 것이라고 믿는다.
건축주, 시공자 등 건축 주체들과의 소통을 무엇보다도 중요하게 생각하고 있으며, 서로가 만족할 수 있는 해법을 찾아가는 과정을 즐기며 그 결과에 대한 성취감을 추구하고 있다.
They are a design group that provides planning, design, and engineering services for the entire real estate development related to architecture such as architectural design, interior and remodeling. They interested in small-scale architecture, which is often found in everyday life in the city, and they believe that it will form the foundation of the city, the expression and the culture.
They think it is important to communicate with building owner, constructor and all of related person of construction. They are enjoying the process of finding solutions that satisfy each other and pursuing a sense of accomplishment of the results.

조한준 Hanjun Jo | 대표, 책임건축가
고려대학교 건축공학과를 졸업하고 종합건축사사무소 고우건축과 공간종합건축사사무소 등에서 실무경험을 쌓았다.
작은 스케일 프로젝트에 대한 관심과 갈증을 해소하기 위해 2011년 ‘스튜디오 더함’을 개소해 인테리어, 리모델링 등 작은 프로젝트를 중심으로 고객과 소통하며 작업을 이어 오다, 지난 2013년 (주)건축사사무소 더함 ThEPluS Architects을 설립했다. 2020년 6월 법인명을 (주)조한준건축사사무소 JoHanjun Architects로 바꿨다.
한국건축가협회 정회원(KIA), 대한건축사협회 등록건축사(KIRA).
After graduating from Korea University with a degree in Architectural Engineering, he has practiced in Ghowoo Architects and SPACE GROUP.
In order to solve the interest and thirst for small-scale projects, he opened ‘Studio ThEPluS’ in 2011 and continued to communicate with customers focusing on small projects such as interior and remodeling.
In 2013, he established ‘ThEPluS Architects’, and changed his company name to ‘JoHanjun Architects’ in June 2020.
He is member of Korean Institute of Architects(KIA) and Korean Institute Registered Architects(KIRA).
