아르케이브는 다양한 분야의 경계를 넘나드는 협업 오피스로, 지속가능성에 관한 강한 책임하에 새로운 가능성을 탐구하기 위한 디자인과 리서치를 수행합니다. 분석적이고 논리적인 동시에 참신하고 재미있는 해결 방법을 도출하는 것을 목표로 건축, 인테리어, 전시, 공공예술, 설치미술, 가구, 제품 등 다양한 스케일의 프로젝트를 진행합니다. 사용성과 디테일에 세심한 주의를 기울이며, 논리적이면서도 논리에 갇히지 않는 사고를 기반으로 새로운 시각을 제안합니다.

아르케이브는 “건축 동굴”, 즉 건축을 위한 기원적 공간을 뜻하며, 우리의 건축적 발상들이 근원적 단계에서부터 구축되는 우리들의 영역입니다.

Arcave is a collaborative interdisciplinary practice for design and research in architecture with a commitment to sustainability. We seek analytical approach, innovative configuration and fun solution with great attention to performance. Projects of every scale: buildings, interiors, exhibitions, installations, objects get the same care and attention to purpose and detail with fresh angles, by combining the rational and the irrational.

Arcave is derived from “architectural cave”, the primitive space for architecture. It is where we cultivate our architectural ideas from the fundamental stage.
